Club activity tracking software which is used to track the different activities of different clubs, for different activities there is a point which is calculated automatically. To track activities, first club member has to log in for application with their unique id and password, then the member has to upload the document which contains details of activity conducted, while uploading document member need to select which activity conducted from the application, so based on activity, points automatically calculated. Once this is done, activity list which is uploaded controlled by the team leader of these clubs. The team leader will log in for application with unique username and password, then team leader will verify uploaded documents if it is correct then team leader will approve the activity, then points automatically added for related clubs, otherwise team leader will reject with reason. A team leader can handle n number of clubs. Finally, it tracks top club points details, detailed points details etc.
