    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects in your assigned department.
  • Conduct research and analysis on specific topics or projects as directed by your supervisor.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of various processes, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Support the coordination and execution of events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to your assigned department.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to improve departmental operations and efficiency.


  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to the field of interest (human resources, marketing, finance, operations, etc.) or a recent graduate.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus
